Short Meditations And You
For me, meditation is all about feeling. It is about the feeling of being yourself, the feeling of being happy and the feeling of being strong. I have always believed that the process of meditation should not be hard and complicated. Rather, it should be simple and short. When we navigate through difficult life situations, short meditations make you feel lighter and stronger to face the difficulties.
When it comes to short meditations, it really becomes difficult to find a starting point. As there are a lot of things going around you, you may find it hard to find the right meditation technique for you.
So, let me make the process simpler for you. Here, the most important thing to understand is that it is not really something you need to learn, but something you forget to do in the middle of a stressful time.
I have a lot of experience with short meditations and its simple techniques. For me, plants have been very useful to practise short meditations. On my YouTube channel, I have posted some videos on short meditations practising through plants. For example, wild meadow meditation, snowdrop healing or plum tree healing. The whole objective to post these videos is to make people understand the mysterious healing power of plants. And, believe me, the whole process is very simple and easy.
But does this mean that you must practise short meditations with plants only? No, not really. You are free to take any object, that you love or adore. It may be your favourite car, your beautiful bed sheet, or any other object. So, how can you use these objects to practise meditation? You just need to take a moment to feel them and rest your body and mind.
Remember, short meditations are very much useful to attain mental peace and inner strength. If used with the right mindset and energy, you will get most out of it.
